Update: All PDN Portal functionality was restored Dec 5, 20:37 PST.

You may experience overall slowness and the inability to create or access your developer apps from your profile. This issue was reported at about 10:00 PM ET on Wednesday, December 4. 2014 and is due to our service provider shutting down access to various integrated portal services in an attempt to investigate a Drupal security concern with two of their other customer accounts. Given the recent Drupal vulnerability, they have taken extreme caution and shut down services while they continue their investigation of the suspicious activity on those sites.

There is currently no ETA on when all services will be restored. This post will be updated when services is restored, and you can also follow their status updates.

Note that API runtime is not affected.
